They were fresh and ready to roast for that amazing scent on the burners for the neighborhood to smell. I will be cooking chiles till the next harvest season, it has become a cycle, and I don't see stopping this cycle until I stop cooking.”

“Ordered "hot" chilis this year instead of mild as we did last year. Although the chilis were smaller, and thinner skinned, the flavor was excellent.”

“I was a little disappointed with the shipping/packaging portion. I paid what I thought was a significant amount for shipping and the box didn't have any ice packs to keep the product cool resulting in a loss of about a pound of chile due to excessive heat. I know you offer faster delivery at a higher rate but at that amount I don't find value in the product anymore. The chile themselves are wonderful. I just have to figure out a less expensive way to get them here in better condition! Thanks.”
