“I can't wait each year for the fresh arrival. We smoke them with mesquite as soon as we can, peel and freeze to use throughout the year. We also keep a 3'-0" rista of the red to use with them. :)”

“Chiles arrived in great shape literally had one rotten Chile. I’ve roasted bagged & put them in freezer to enjoy the rest of the year. Plus giving some to friends”

“Received my 25 LBS of hot hatch chilies, virtually no spoilage. Next day I pulled out the chili roaster and roasted it all. Chilies peeled extremely easy, chopped them up and put in freezer bags. Made same chili stew, chilis are perfect, great taste and heat”

“I was amazed that even as late in the season as I ordered, every single chile in the box was firm, fresh and all green. I typically order Medium, but since the chiles were running mild I ordered Hot. Some are a little hotter than ideal for my husband, but not by much. We have enjoyed them in Green Chile Stew, in soups, with meats and vegetables, and my all-time favorite sandwich, Grilled Swiss Cheese with Green Chile Strips and slices of fresh garden tomatoes. It doesn't get any better than that!!!!”
