“I ordered a roaster and 25 lbs of hot Hatch Green Chili. Both items came nicely packaged and were in perfect shape. The green chiles were all in good shape. After just a few spins I was roasting the chili in just a few minutes. We bagged half as hot and took out the seams in the other half to get a milder chili. We have been using the chili in morning eggs, stews, on pizza and in sandwiches. We will definitely do again next September!!”
