“Got the shipment yesterday and I've been roasting it today. It came very fresh and the peppers were very high quality. Truly a hot pepper, and just the way I like it. It's so delicious and has been roasting and peeling really well. I might order another 25 pounds :-)”

“Never received my order. After one week got an email that there was a delay and my order was prioritized for the next weeks delivery. After two more weeks with no chile, I emailed asking about my order. Received a reply that my chile was on the way with a tracking number. After three more days Hatch Chile Store cancelled the delivery with no explanation. Didn't even call or email. Now I get this survey asking how my order was.”

“Service was excellant and you guys did exactly what I wanted with the delivery. Peppers arrived in excellant condition and we had a great time roasting peppers.
