“Please be advised that I am extremely disappointed with the two orders received from you. I paid for 2 day delivery to assure freshness and received both orders in 3 days, losing approximately 2 1/2 dozen pods to mold. I was told that if I waited until the end of August the chile pods would be much larger. The pods I received were primarily very small. I would have never purchased this size in a market or grocery store. I notified your staff via several emails that I considered the product you sent was seconds and culls. You have given me a credit of $12.25 for shipping cost however you have lost my trust and confidence and I therefore would never order from you again. I previously emailed photos to your staff illustrating the size of pods received but will send under separate cover again. DISAPPOINTED”

“25 lb box arrived in good condition to the east coast using 2-day shipping. The chilies were nicely selected and I only lost about three over the next three days due to partial spoilage while roasting. Chilies have been processed and frozen and I have not been able to run a taste test yet.”

“Excellent flavor... even better than last year and this year was what I expect from "Hot". A nice slow burn. The Hot box was a bit roughed up and I had to throw away a half dozen chili's (was sorry to see them go) that seemed a little soggy and discolored. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.”
