“Excellent flavor with mild to hot heat. Delivered in good shape, however, had to work up in a hurry because in transit the box was exposed to excess heat, and the lower portion of the box some chile pods were getting in critical shape.”

“We roasted these beautiful chiles the day they arrived and were transported back to Las Cruces, NM. The only reason that they don't have a 5-star review is that some chiles were medium hot. We will order these chiles every year. Thank you so much!!!”

“The chile arrived on time and only took two days to get to me, from the time it was shipped. When it arrived, it was fresh and appeared to have been picked recently. Overall, this is a great way to buy fresh chile if you’re out of state. I would definitely buy from the Hatch Chile Store again and I’m recommending you to other New Mexicans living out of state. “The chile arrived in New Hampshire in perfect condition 25 pounds of hot and 25 pounds of medium. Due to the weather, I didn't have time to roast until 2 days later. Of course, they are delicious. They are all peeled, vacuum sealed, and will get me through the year. Will order next year.”
