“The Chili Arrive nice and green. We grilled it cleaned it and froze it in appropriate portions And have been enjoying it ever since. My daughter made a green chili enchilada last night and it was delicious. We so enjoy this chili. Probably won’t become a pretty regular customer.”

“I am from NC and attended New Mexico Tech in Socorro (NM) in the early 1980s. I remember the first bushel of Hatch chilis I bought, roasted over an open fire, and peeled. My fingers tingled hot and cold for days. It was an initiation into a world I knew nothing about. I developed an affinity for hot chilis that was not part of my heritage. I moved back east after college and over the years made several heroic attempts to bring batch fresh Sandia chili peppers to SC. Hatch Chili Store makes the process painless and reliable.
