“The chili arrived on time and in excellent condition. Living in Central Texas (DFW area) we don’t have chili toasters on every corner during harvest season, so this was our best option this year. I love the smell of fresh roasted chili, if it weren’t for that I’d probably buy the chili that’s already roasted and peeled as roasting them on a BBQ grill is labor intensive. So if you don’t have a roasting basket and a weed burner I’d suggest getting them already done for you. The HOT chili is rather hot, my wife prefers mild so we mix them as a compromise. Awesome chili y’all!!!!”
