“I received my 25 lb box of sandia (hot) Hatch chile peppers by 2 day delivery. I roasted them within a day of arrival...there were about 4 or 5 peppers that were rotten in the box. Probably not too bad. The peppers are not quite as hot as I expected, but they are very tasty. I look forward to using them for various dishes in the months to come.”

“Love my fresh Hatch chile! Once upon a time, we would drive to NM to pick it up. Then we would order from individuals who took orders early and delivered to a high school 400 hundred miles awayfor pickup. As we have aged, this has not been feasible. Now, the ability to order and have it delivered to our home has been a fantastic development. Ease of ordering, prompt delivery to my door and the most delicious chile in the world! What's not to like?”
