“These came in during a Georgia heatwave thru regular mail and I only had one pepper go bad. Heat is good on these and they were a good size. I even stuffed a few. Can’t wait for the big Jim’s coming next month.”

“Received my shipment of Hatch Chile and roasted it .. had my first taste of Chile wrapped in a tortilla… great flavor the right amount of heat. Arrived fresh with only 3 pods that had ripened sooner than later! I will order every season as it beats buying at local grocery stores here in Michigan… much fresher and larger pods!”

“Received my box of chile and started roasting and freezing the next day... of course the family sampled a good amount as well! Out of the 25 lbs, only lost 4 at the very bottom, so I rate this a great investment. Now planning enchiladas verdes, tamales de rajas y queso, salsa deliciosa, huevos con chile, (could go on!) Got 16 dozen out if the order...will definitely be a repeat customer (this is my second year ordering)”
