“We have been ordering and enjoying Hatch Chili from your farm for over 20 years. This year was no exception to the great service and fantastic NM chili. Love the Sandia chili best and use it in most of our cooking. Trying out some of the new recipes has been fun and tasty. You just can't beat fresh NM chili the way it was meant to be consumed. “Absolutely the best chili!! Very easy to order, good prices. I pre ordered & was notified as soon as my order shipped. Received my box of chili and they were perfect!! Not one bad chili in the box and I didn’t pay extra for fast delivery. Will definitely order again. Would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“Wasn’t sure what to expect when I received my shipment as the temperature in my neighborhood was super hot. I was surprisingly surprised my order arrived with no spoilage. I washed, rinse and roasted. I made salsa which was spicy and delicious. The rest of the roasted Chile’s were shared with the family, and I put the remainder in the freezer for the holiday tamales. I order another 5lbs of the lumbre and can’t wait for them to be delivered.”

“Our two boxes of fresh big jim chili arrived blemish free and on time. As usual we probably over ordered but it’s well worth the effort and time to roast peel and freeze green chili for the winter because we hear it’s full of vitamin C! I can’t say enough about this company! I’d tos right it’s heaven And if it’s wrong ( rarely ) they remedy the problem !”

“There is nothing like a fresh roasted pepper in your favorite recipes!!! My friend introduced me to Hatch Chile’s a few years ago and I will always use these. Customer service is wonderful and peppers arrive fresh from the field!! Your recipe booklets are wonderful too!! Cannot wait for the extra extra hot to arrive shortly!!!!
