“1st time order since I’m originally from Albuquerque and go there every year but was unable to this year. 25lbs was delivered mostly undamaged and fresh. There were a some peppers that were unsuitable for roasting therefore the 4 star rating.”

“As always, I get my chiles in a timely manner and with minimal spoilage. The chiles are great looking! Got them roasted and bagged ready for use during the year—makes living in Knoxville TN easier when I’m getting my green chile stew fix or fresh green chile chicken enchiladas. Plus, love the smell of roasting Hatch chiles.”
