“My batch showed up a little more red than i would have preferred, but I understand the tricky timing for shipping. I am grateful to have found a resource. I roasted them the day after I received them and they were still fresh and firm. the meat was a little thin, but flavor was great. I will order again.”

“We ordered last year with no problem. They arrived perfect! This year however is a different story. We preordered, got an email with/tracking # and told they would arrive 8/24, they arrived 9/1 and most green chillis were red. They told me I should have overnighted, it wasn't their fault. I won't order from them again next year :(”

Hi Chris, It looks like we went ahead and sent you another box of green chile free of charge. Our shipping guarantee states "Our Shipping Guarantee requires you to select 2-Day Air for all orders of fresh green chile. If you order ground shipping, you accept the risk of in-transit spoilage." However we made an exception and got you the best chile possible. Is there something else we could have done? Thank you, Taylor

“The chile was ono delicious, but I had it delivered to Kauai, Hi the hatch store sent it right away called Monday they sent it Tues but UPS 2 day shipping turned out to be 4 full days shipping b/c they held it up for agriculture inspection. Which is something UPS local warehouse couldn't do anything about then I am last stop on the island but like "Castaway" I finally received it. About 4 chiles were mush, but the rest were ok but 1 more day it would have been all mush. Luckily we could roast it immediately. I recommend that maybe UPS might not be worthy of your business. B/c when I called the local hub they were rude & even hung up on me. Tracking said it was out for delivery when it was not. When I called they made excuses about Ag inspection but then they called next day after I complained to main office about them & they said they had messed up b/c of lack of employees & forgot to put my box on the truck the day before. They were even so dumb to say why did I live on the last street on the island. If I were you I would report UPS bad service to your client. Thinking of getting on the monthly subscription but afraid of the bad delivery service. Mahalo!”

“Although I've grown up on Hatch and other NW green chilis (from Roswell, NM), this was my first order from The Hatch Chile Store, but it won't be my last. The customer service was excellent, the shipping was fast and the prices were very reasonable. However, the chiles themselves are the star of the show. I ordered 25lbs and even with so many chiles, the quality was excellent (I think only 3 chilies were not usable in the very large box we received) and they roasted up very nicely. The heat and flavor are excellent and definitely as advertised. Thanks!”

“I LOVED the first 3 boxes we received, however, the last box was not that good or easy to roast. They were "mushy" and just not that good. First time we were disappointed in the quality. We have been satisfied customers for many years!”

“I may live in Washington state but I am a native New Mexican and my Hatch Green Chile that I ordered was everything that I expected and more. It was delivered in a timely manner it was very fresh and when I asked for Hot Chili that's exactly what I got. Customer service was top-notch. I accidentally double ordered and was double-charged when I emailed I've received a response within minutes and the problem was taken care of that day. I will never order from anyone else again you guys are AWESOME”
