“What do you get a homesick New Mexico Boy for his birthday?? Green Chile from Hatch New Mexico!! You just can't get Chile like this from anywhere else! Hot yet flavorful!! I bought 25 pounds fresh so we could roast it ourselves! We will definitely be ordering more!!”

“Very happy with my experience ordering chile from your site! For having to travel all the way to Hawaii, I was amazed that it was in great shape and got here so quickly! Out of an entire 25lb box only 2 chiles had to be tossed. This batch wasn't as hot as I'm used to but the flavor is great! I will likely order again next season but XHOT!”

“I was glad that I could get Hatch chile shipped to me! Being from the southwest, chile is a necessity! The chile I buy in my area is like eating green bell peppers; there is no zing. The quality of the chile and the hotness is so worth the money to us chile lovers! Hatch chile is the bomb!!”
