“I ordered two 25 lb boxes of Hot Hatch green chili. They arrived within two days in Michigan. They were big and meaty. I roasted, took off skins, seeded, chopped and froze for the year. The high quality really helps the process. Not one chili in the batch was bad, soft or moldy. I will be ordering again next year.”

“We have been ordering chile every year for maybe 10 years now. The chiles this year were even larger than before, they are gorgeous and so good!!! we got 50 lbs this year and always have a family chile grilling day. The Hatch Chile store is amazing, and so personable and so helpful. I am so impressed!!”
