“Took 2 weeks to ship but arrived in great condition. I live in Washington now so getting Hatch Chile isn't easy! It's expensive to get up here because of shipping cost, but when compared to local options that wouldn't be available until late August it's really not more expensive ordering a direct shipment.”

“Shipped me mild variety, when I complained I was told that I was mistaken and there was nothing they would do. When I responded that I knew the difference and could tell not only by the heat level, (which could be fed to small children) but also by the length and thickness, thwy said they would give me a diacount on a future order of extra hot. Still unwilling to acknowledge they shipped the wrong product. Terrible customer service.”

I am sorry your chile was not as hot as you expected. Heat is subjective. Heat can vary from field to field or even plant to plant. Your chile was from the first week we shipped. We did not ship mild chile that week. We did offer you a discount on a box of our Lumbre which is our extra hot variety.
