“What a great treat ! This Green Chili arrived in great condition and so fresh and smelled so good. The roasting did not take long and each chili pepper was easy to peel. Better yet, was taking the time to eat a snack of Green Chili and a flour tortilla while the remainder of the chili was roasting. The taste was perfect and I was not disappointed with this order.”

“Ordered hot and got mild! Not happy and yes I know how to prep green chile, been doing over 40 years. Will not order from you again as you only offered me to re-order and get half price. I was asking for a 10% discount, which was more than reasonable considering I got 50lbs of the wrong chile!”

Zina, We have done our best to try and aid with this issue by offering 50% off a different order. Chile heat is subjective and can even vary from plant to plant.
