“Beautiful chilis!!! I grilled and and canned. Already made peach chili salsa and green hatch chile. I have ordered many of the Hatch chili products, and really enjoy them all but the fresh chilis??? OMG a thrill.”

“Being from NM but living in another state, the Hatch Chile Store is the perfect solution to my chile requirements. You might scoff at using the word requirement with chile, but if you are from NM you get it. :) I've ordered from the Hatch Chile Store several times and my order has been perfect every time. The chile is in excellent condition and looks as if it was picked the day before, which I believe is probably the case. I will absolutely order from them again. Thank you Hatch Chile!!!!”
