“The Sandia chiles I ordered arrived in great shape--like they were just picked! They roasted up well on the charcoal grill and were delicious, as expected. They will keep me warm during our Minnesota winter!”

“They were in fair condition, however they were not spicy at all. I ordered hot but they were nothing of the sort. I was very disappointed. Maybe I’ll have better luck the next time I order. I’m a strong believer in second chances.”

“We love Hatch Green Chile and buy it local but contact you to send to my niece who now lives in Naples, FL. Her husband is a chef and uses it for all his recipes. The only disappointment on the last order is that they needed to be roasted, which wasn't the case last time we sent them. The first time we sent them to her, they were in packets and roasted ready to be frozen. We must not have looked closely at what we were buying.”

“My orders this year included extra hot, hot and medium varieties. All four boxes arrived fresh and flawless, and the process of grill-roasting 20 lbs filled my patio and basement with wonderful aroma. The peppers were intended to last all winter but are so good that I can’t imagine not running low sooner!”

“GREAT CHILE. A Smaller size than Joe Parker but the Great Flavor more than makes up for it. Only short cumming is the price.”
