“GREAT PRODUCT Athough I THOUGH EVEN A 2day delivery had rotting chiles. Grocery stores in Chicago lacking product. CHILE ROASTINGS not on the South side of Chicago would have loved to attend.”

“I have been roasting chilies for years. These would just not roast well. I had to scrape what little flesh there was. And they were not hot. I will never trust fresh chile from you again.”

“This is the second year I ordered the Hatch green chillies and they were great - as usual! This year these were hotter but they worked well in the sweet chilli pickle recipe I’m making every summer! Thank you!”
