“These were the plumpest, longest and most beautiful Hatch Chiles I have ever seen. Superbly fresh their scent wafted out from the box and filled my kitchen. Have made many recipes with these beauties and all have turned out superbly. The Hatch Chile Store's customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend it!!”

“I have already reported on this shipment along with comments about the Big Jims. Between a fourth and a third of the Sandias were immature. Skins were not smooth and shiny but small ridged and thin walled. Somebody was careless and rushed the harvest there. A roasted immature chili doesn't yield much, as you well know. My first order was close to ideal but the second one disappointing. I don't expect any action on your part. We were Arizona farmers for many years and know the business is hard. Take care.
