I’m a long time super lover of Hatch Chili, raised on New Mexico Style Enchiladas, Green Chili Stew, Tamales and any other chili related recipes I have come across. “Reminds me of the Hatch stand at the end of 4th Street and Rio Grande Blvd. in the North Valley in 1983. Still tastes amazing. Nothing like it anywhere.”
