“Being native New Mexicans my wife and I love Hatch Green Chile. However, we live in St Louis where green chile comes in a can. We are so happy to have found The Hatch Chile Store. They have the best chile products with the best service and great prices. Today we received our order of 5 pounds fresh green chile. “As someone who grew up in Northern New Mexico, I know my chile and while I might be biased towards Chimayo chile the Hatch chile I just received from you was excellent. The web-site works well, the order was delivered promptly and in good shape. It will tide me over until I can get back to New Mexico after this pandemic is delt with. Thank you.”

“I recently received my order of 5lbs hot fresh hatch green chilies, as I first timer I was surprised to open a simple USPS shipping box to find them. It made sense, they couldn't be sealed air tight. I had the grill fired up and began roasting right away. These are beauties straight, long and full. At the bottom of box some were damaged probably due to shipping and heat. I salvaged parts and composted balance. By the time all roasting, steaming and processing was done I checked my email to find a delivery notice and affirmation I was satisfied. I shared a few were lost and within moments was notified by Taylor they would make good on any portion lost. Thanks Great products”
