“The chilis arrived in very good shape! Box corner dented, but it didn't upset the fresh hot green goodness inside. Less than 5 had very little age showing - the little fellas. 98% were fresh and beautiful. I did not discard one. And, Oh! the wonderful aroma as I opened the box! I cannot believe I have never thought about finding a source for fresh hatch chilis! The Hatch Chili Store is my first, and I will not shop anywhere else. The Sandias are hot and awesome. I'm now waiting for a ristras so I can make chili sauce. The communication and customer service are great too!”

“The chile is delicious and made it all the way to Virginia in great shape. A minor quibble--the hot really isn't. I'll get the extra hot next time, for sure. Still, thanks for helping keep me connected to my home state and culinary birth right. :)”
