“Product arrived fresh and there was only 1 unusable chili in the 25lb box i ordered. Nothing like the aroma of fresh roasted Hatch green chili! I ordered the Sandia and they are definitely hot!! Excellent product and service and highly recommended!!”

“For quite a few years I’ve been ordering Hatch Chile’s and they have failed to deliver. The Sandia Chile’s this year went into an Elk stew. Out of the gate it was hot but mellowed into something that didn’t last once it was tasted. Every year we try to do something different with them and no matter what it is the Chile’s always make it memorable.”

“Since leaving NM and getting tied of lugging frozen Hatch green chiles home on the plane, if I got to NM, I turned to ordering them through this company. Always on time with a great product. This years 25lbs was particularly wonderful. Highly recommend this company....order now and always!”

“We ordered hot. It is not hot. 25 pounds of mild Chile is not a good feeling. Maybe we have to order extra hot just to get a bit of a kick. Very disappointing.”

“It was great. This the second year we've ordered Chile by mail from Hatch (where else) to be shipped to Florida. We moved here from Albuquerque in late 2016. We ordered Chili from Hatch last year too and we're very pleased, but this year we did the pre- order, first harvest and are very pleased as well. Our friends said "lucky you, aleady" after being told about the pre-order. We feel very fortunate that this is available. We have to have chili or bust. LOL. THE SHIPPING COST IS VERY REASONABLE, TOO.”
