“I got the Big Jims, but wanted a bit more of a kick and these chilies are just what I needed in some of the recipes. I tend to mix them up a bit because they are hotter than the Big Jims med hot but not so hot that I cannot handle them. I like them and have gotten them for the last two years. Thank you Hatch Chile Store, I am and will always be a loyal customer.”

“Please ignore my complaints about the heat from my earlier review. As Elaine explained to me in her email, most of the heat in the Sandia Select variety they ship is in the meat at the top of the pod and in the veins. When I cooked an omelet today using a whole pod, the heat was perfect. The Sandia Select variety has more meat than any other Sandia chile that I have ever tried. This company really does care about customer service and satisfaction. My thanks to Elaine and all her staff for being so patient and helpful. You can expect a larger order from me next year.”
