“This is the first time I've ordered chiles. I m very happy with the product. I ordered the "hot" chiles and they are definitely what I expected. I'm enjoying the delicious salsa and dishes I've prepared. I've also shared with my friends who are very happy. ( delivery was on the date that you told me to expect them. I roasted them and froze them as soon as I received them). Thank you.”

Hi, there's no difference in heat from week to week. Were you de-veining the chile by chance? Our hot is running VERY hot this year.
