“We ordered our first batch of Green CHilis from you last month. They were delivered on time and were very good. Only problem was they were not hot at all. We ordered the Sandia peppers so I expected them to be somewhat spicy. For the most part they were not hot at all. There were a few in the batch that were hot but for the most part, not hot.”

“I sent my daughter a gift of 5lbs hot sandia fresh chile. She moved to Brooklyn, NY from Denver, CO seven years ago and misses access to good chile in NY. She was thrilled to have them arrive on her doorstep, quite fresh and smelling of the southwest! She immediately roasted them and has a good supply to last through the holidays. “the chile was mild to medium , NOT even HOT. the chile that did survive 2/3 were average to good appearing . the other 1/3 of the chile had cuts/ were open, the box had several open areas, these open areas could have been responsible for damage to the chile? In the future I will go with package HOT green chiles”

“We used to live in New Mexico.We love the smell & taste of freshly roasted chili.This was a great opportunity to experience that scenario living in Michigan.A wonderful company to work with,the chili came I good shape in a timely fashion.Highly recommended.”
