“I don't get to New Mexico enough to eat New Mexican food. It's great to get freshly picked Hatch Chiles at my front door. I've been able to turn many friends on to something they'd never heard of. The aroma is enough to win them over, but tasting them is what makes it a craving. Now, my neighbors even order the best chiles in the world to cook with. Only Chile to ever cook with!!”

“My order was a gift to my daughter. My baby girl now is a married lady with a baby girl of her own. She lives in Houston but she is born and bred New Mexican. She says they have green chile there, but it's just not Hatch. It's just not. She has a great big Texas sized grill, and now she has a way to actually smell her Hatch Green Chile roasting. There is nothing like it in the world! When she received the package, in perfect condition and right on time, she called. I picked up the phone and she said,"I love you". Through her tears, she said it was the best surprise gift she'd ever gotten.”
