“Arrived quite well packed, very nice and firm peppers that roasted up and had the neighbors drooling! It will be so nice to have fresh roasted peppers just inside the freezer door! We will never have to use canned chili again! Although I've never spent this much money on peppers before....I feel it was great value, I got 10 pounds and it yielded enough roasted peppers to easily last until next harvest! I'm hooked!”

“The Joe Parker chilis I ordered arrived reasonably fresh and in excellent condition. There was no wrinkling and the majority of the chilis were still firm. Considering the travel time and lateness in the season, the quality of the shipment was excellent. The Joe Parkers are flavorful and I am enjoying them. However, next time I will order the hot category. My Texas raised taste buds place the Joe Parker in a 1 alarm chili category. Personally, I prefer 2 alarm chili dishes.”

“The chiles were great. I miss New Mexico and the smell of the roasting chiles in the fall. It's green chile stew tonight. I hope my Maryland bred man enjoys it. If not, more for me.”
