“Mahalo for sending delicious red Chile to Hawaiian island of Kauai. And for sending it Fed Ex instead of UPS after I told you last year that UPS had kept the Chile an extra 2 days in their hot warehouse. And thank you for sending the freshest Chile, since it has a long way to travel.”

“First there is no chili like a Hatch Green Chili. I lived in New Mexico for 9 years and fell in love. Now in Kentucky it has been almost impossible to get Hatch chiles......until now. After pre-ordering I received updates so I knew when they were being picked and shipped. The thought of "fresh off the vine" was exciting and did not disappoint. They arrived as if picked that day. I know have a stock in my freezer ready to go. I did use some the first night. Delicious and brought back memories of my time out west.”

“There’s not enough good things to say about these guys and gals. I order 50lbs from them every year and it’s like clockwork, year after year! The chiles are packaged and delivered fresh. They ship them almost 2,000 miles to me in D.C. and they are as fresh as if I picked them up at Wagner’s in Corrales like I use to. Best customer service, delivering the greatest food on earth!”
