“I ordered 2-25# boxes of Big Jim's. They arrived in a timely fashion. One box was minimally damaged, the other in good shape. The chile was fresh and in good condition. There is NO comparison to what is available here. I say that I am treating my neighbors to a wonderful New Mexican aroma when roasting my fresh chile.”

“My daughter and husband are in Alaska serving our country at Ft Richardson. The chile arrived second day air. It was fresh and ready to roast. They have their New Mexico connection in the Alaskan kitchen. She was anxious and ready to start enjoying her green chile. Well done.”
