“Chilis arrived in tip-top condition, fresh ready to be roasted. I so enjoy using my fresh frozen green chilis over store bought canned. Great value dollar for dollar over buying in smaller amount in the grocery store. (Who will not sell me a bushel) Love the chilis, service and everyone involved in getting my chilis to Arkansas!”

“Fantastic as always. They arrived Friday, and Saturday we fired up the grill and spent the next 4 1/2 hers roasting and peeling. (this year I counted...404 peppers..umm). What fun we have doing this, and well worth it. This year we got the medium instead of med/hot, and I must admit, I was a little worried my chili Verde was going to be lacking.... no way. What a delicious flavor. Think I'll be mixing up next years order with a variety of peppers. What can I say except that nothing compares to this company and their customer service, their sincerity, and above all, their fantastic, one of a kind in flavor, chilies.”

“Just received my order, be still my beating heart they are wonderful, 99 degrees with 95 percent humidity but I will roast my little pretties because that's what we do for our hatch chill”
