“A taste of home since I live in Tennessee fresh Hatch chili isn't just a small drive away, your business is the next best thing, was there for vacation but it was before chili came off, but I brought my youngest grandson to see where we grew up, he loved New Mexico and that made it worth it, thank you. “I love this company and their chile! My order arrived in perfect condition and I've been enjoying the chile ever since. If you really like a spicy chile, this year you might want to go for the hottest variety offered. Of course every season is different and the spiciness is to some extent unpredictable, but I wish that the Big Jims were a little hotter. This is just personal preference, of course. But I ordered the medium-hot in part because my guests don't always like as much heat as I do. Anyway you can't go wrong because the quality of the product and the company's service are fantastic.”
