“These chile peppers are the best tasting for an all around taste. Not to hot and not to sissy La La.... They do have a Great flavor with just the right amount of spice. With these peppers you can but them On, In, and Over just about anything!!! I have absoutly fell in love with these chiles. I order 25 lbs every year and spend a weekend fire roasting them, chopping them and then finding enough little plastic containers to hold them all in the freezer without the wife losing her mind... LOL”

“super yummy. I like heat but I like flavor more. I love the flavor of these - better than the hotter ones. If I want heat I add a hot chile or a jal.”

“Last year, I just ordered "mild" green chiles, and they were too mild. So this year I ordered 5 lbs each of mild and medium green chiles. The mild ones were spicy. The medium ones were spicier. Both were within my personal "ideal" range of heat. And the flavor was delicious. I've had some of the medium chiles (made into a cooked salsa) as an omelet filling. Woke up my mouth and made it happy.”

“Hatch chilis are the best, but I think we may have ordered medium, when we should have ordered hot. Except up close to the stem, these chilis were very mild. We live in Kentucky now, and it's hard to always find these great New Mexican chilis. Despite the lack of heat, we have enjoyed our chili rellenos!”
