“The Chili’s arrived at the date expected and were still quite fresh in color and taste. We used a roaster to remove the U skins of the Chili’s and as a result very little of the chili itself was lost in preparation. My chicken/Swiss cheese/chili dish served with rice pleased my family and guests. Jim”

“I didn’t choose the refrigerated shipping and most of them turned red and two were quite mushy when I opened the box. Last year I ordered and all the peppers arrived perfectly, we were having a bit of a heat wave this year when they shipped. The peppers were still good and I will continue to order I need my fix.”

“They arrived fresh and looked pretty, a few were turning red. For a medium chili, absolutely no heat. A bit disappointed in that. Glad I only bought 5 pounds.”
