“I just received my order of medium Fresh Hatch Green Chile. I roasted them on my back yard grill, let them cool, peeled, and seeded them. Sautéed some onion, green and red pepper in some olive oil. Added cubed potatoes and cubed pork shoulder and Hatch green chile. Once the pork was browned, I poured in some chicken broth and slowly simmered all of the ingredients. All I needed was my mom's homemade tortillas and I would have been in New Mexico Heaven!”
