“Welllllll I now know that I like my chili hotter. So I should have ordered the Big Jim. So there. I did order Joe Parker, & of course it's great. Just want more heat for me. My husband likes the mild. I go through a lot of the mild however, to get the deep chili flavor in my N. Mex. Green chili stew.”

“Actually because of your delivery schedule and our travel schedule we got the Big Jim chiles because they could be delivered when we needed them. They arrived quickly. A few were spoiled but the rest were firm and fresh”
