“Green chilis arrived in perfect condition and ready for roasting. I let a few ripen to red for a "Christmas" effect. Delicious. I have used some and froze more for use over the holidays. So glad to have an opportunity to enjoy one of my favorite New Mexico foods when not in the state. Love these chilis.”

“After moving back to NY after living in Southern NM for some time, I was glad to find a chile source. Received the Joe Parkers quickly, they were all in good shape...no waste. Broiled and bagged them right away, ahhh that scent...and they are delicious..Will order again next year!”

“I thought I ordered frozen green Chile already roasted, but it came fresh. I wanted it roasted and frozen because I sent it to Florida knowing Floridians don't have green Chile therefore they wouldn't be able to roast it right. Even still, the green Chile is awesome. Thank you very much”
