“Being born and raised in Santa fe, (along time ago, 1941) my family moved in the late 50's and it wasn't until 1976 when I returned to live in Santa fe, again. Then moved out of state in 1979. I discovered "Green Chili". Since then it has been a part of most meals served at our home. Starting with breakfast, ending with Dinner in the evening. I've bought it canned, fresh, frozen, and any way I could get it. I discovered The Hatch Chili Store this year, searching for a source of chili for my meals for the rest of the year. We visited Santa fe, earl August but were to early to get some fresh roasted, so coming home I went searching for a source. One of the first it's by Google, was The Hatch Green Chili Store. We ordered 10 lbs of the mild frozen chopped,, 10 lbs of the medium whole frozen, and then signed up for a monthly shipment of 5lbs of whole green chili. Finished up roasting it this week end, an am now trying to understand, why my wife's green chili casserole was all gone Mon. morning. OMG as Facebook people would type. Please give there chili's a try. Best, I've ordered from Hatch over the years.”

“A bit wilted but considering it has been very warm in California during my shipment I think the chiles faired quite well. I roasted them the same day they arrived. They were very tasty.”
