“The Chile peppers arrived in great shape , I roasted some on the grill and then froze them, worked very well. They were nice size and flavor , has some heat but easy to handle.”

“It was not enough, went through that five lbs in a week and had to reorder another 25 lbs. the shipping cost almost as much as the chilies ....wish you could find a cheaper way of shipping. We love the taste of hatch green chilies, and will be your loyal customer as long as we are here in Florida !!!!!”
