“These guys arrived quickly and were all of exceptional quality. They were large, unblemished and tasted delicious! I ordered 3 varieties - only 1 of which was fresh picked I cannot wait to try the frozen ones and would highly recommend these guys ! I hope that I'll be able to order additional chilis over the winter from their freezer storage”

“We first fell in love with New Mexico and Hatch green chile when we were stationed at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque in the early to mid ‘80s. While we were living there, my brother came out for a visit, decided to stay in ABQ and married a local girl. When we left for San Antonio Texas, each August he would mail me a shipment of Hatch green chile that we would roast and freeze. When we moved to Virginia in the early ‘90s, the shipments continued until my brother died three years ago. That was our first August without Hatch green chile in over 30 years. Two years ago, I found the online Hatch Chile Store and placed an order for 5 pounds. It was spectacular, far better than my brother shipped to me because it was shipped fresh the day it was picked, so we immediately ordered another 10 pounds. We rationed that 15 pounds out over the year and this year we ordered 25 pounds. Already have it on my calendar to pre-order another 25-pound shipment from the Hatch Chile Store next summer.”

“Basically no heat works well for calming down the hottest pepper. Wanted more chilies in my chili but less heat.”

“The medium hot chili arrived and was happy to get it. My sister makes green chicken enchiladas and every body raves how good they are with new Mexico chili. Just love it.”
