“I grew up in Albuquerque, but have lived in NY for 36 yrs now. Hatch Chile is still mothers milk to me! Always delivers on time with VERY few casualties. This year, every single chile in my 25 lb. box was perfect! I love the Big Jim’s, but my husband has a little trouble. This year we went for all medium and are both very pleased! Hooray, Hatch, NM!”
