“Peppers came quickly, fresh and ready to roast! I have not used them in my cooking yet, but it won't be long before I do! Nothing beats a Hatch Green Chile and they are hard to come by here in the Midwest.”

“It is great tasting; however, it is very mild. I cannot imagine any chile being milder. I think I need to order some hot to mix in”

Hi! Our medium only has a hint of heat. If you'd like a hotter flavor, opt for our medium-hot or our hot :)
