“My wife and I are addicted to the Hatch New Mexico chilies. We love doing business with you guys. Always fresh and always ontime. We make a Saturday morning our roasting day. I tell you this, the smell of the chilies brings out the neighbors. We share. Same time next year.”

“The Hatch Chile Store made it Right! Through no fault of their own, the original order of X-Hot Fresh Chile that we received was spoiled by late delivery (UPS decision to ground the order, ostensibly due to weather). As advised by HCS, we sent pictures via email…and today we received BEAUTIFUL X-HOT Fresh Green New Mexico Chile. Thank you so much for honoring your guarantee (with 2-day delivery option) of FRESH NM chile.
