“Great experience from ordering them on the internet to the day I ate them. I am a return customer and I really enjoy my chilies, the flavor and quality are excellent!!! “The only thing that I was shocked about was the packaging that the chilies came in. It was just a regular produce box. I don't know what I was expecting, but for the price I paid for shipping I thought it would be a little better. Other than that it was awesome”

“Arrived fresh and just as the box says-pungent! Great smelling chiles, even green color, perfect in size and shape for roasting. Lumbres made for an excellent tomatillo salsa with a great roasted chile flavor and a lingering heat, as well as green chile sauce that doesn't sacrifice flavor for heat. A few were canned per the NMSU extension office instructions, but those in the freezer have held up well so far!”

“Excellent hot chili. Roasted up very nicely and full of that excellent hatch chili flavor that we crave. We will be ready for more next year as this supply will not last long. The whole family loves this hatch chili.”
