“I ordered what I thought was the hottest Chile you offered this year, the Chile I received was not hot at all. Disappointed. I am from New Mexico and I am Mexican, so I love Hot Peppers. You guys need to offer the XXX Hot next time.”

“Great heat and flavor. Have ordered green chili from Hatch with another supplier for about 5 years, but this X-hot green chili was much better!! Came in great shape and tates awesome!! Will definetly re-order next year from the Hatch Green Chili Store!! Rich, Watford City, ND”

“The shipment arrived in great shape and quickly, the Chile itself was not as hot as we had purchased in previous years or expected. Though, to be fair, we just moved to Iowa from New Mexico and had always purchased from Hatch directly around Labor Day. Whether that would make a difference, I am not sure.”
