“I received my order of 10 lbs of Lumbre Big Jims on schedule, 2 days after shipped out. I am very pleased and ordered 10 lbs more. This is the third year I have ordered and received chiles from Hatch. I have recommended the products to my contacts on facebook. Hopefully they'll ordre. I am very happy with m order.”

“my order was better than expected, i did add a note saying i was raised close and send me the good hot stuff, boy did i getit, it was fantastic. it was shipped fast and arrived in good conditon so i could roast it, just like home, thanks alot.”

“The Chile came in great shape, very few were bad. The downside was Im pretty sure it was not lumbre strain as they were 10-12 inches but were fairly hot, so I didnt complain. Definately have my pre-order in for 2016. Can't find better flavor with spice any where else.”

“We left NM 26 years ago but I still have to get my NM chile fix from The Hatch Chile Store. We have never been disappointed with the quality of chile (X-Hot Lumbre-unbelievably good & hot) from them and would not order from anywhere or anybody else. Down to 1 bag left so will reorder next year. Thanks Paul & Caroline, St Petersburg, Florida.”
