“I purchased 2 25lb. Boxes and they were not Extra hot.. I replied through email and sent photos. The reply was ..I am with the owner and they said to cut the pepper in half and lick it! I wouldn't know how hot it was if I didn't LICK IT ! DUMBASS!”

“I ordered a 25 pound box of extra hot green chiles, grilled them, peeled them and I'm set for a while. Wonderful company which I've ordered from through the years and they never disappoint. The crops this year were hot ( at least my batch was) and I'm so happy. Nothing compares to Hatch green chiles.”

“Chilis showed up as expected. They looked beautiful. We roasted them on our bbq and froze them to use all year long. They are nice and hot, just like we were hoping for. Thank you Hatch Chili Store for growing such amazing chilis. We couldn't live without them.”

“I appreciate the delivery service you have. Just i think it take little too long on the road, when I received about, couple pounds chiles where damaged, and another couple where red. May be to much time on the transit exposed to heat. but still, I am enjoying. thank you”
