“I absolutely love Hatch farms geen chilies!! I have been a customer for the past 6 yrs and will continue to be until my life has ended!! Nowhere have i found such delicious chilies only through Hach !! Thank you for my recent order, it came faster than expected and by using your roasting technique i was able to get all the meat out of them with no wasted!!”

“For the fourth year running, the customer service, quality of pepper, and timeliness of shipping from Hatch Chile Store has been excellent. Our annual roast has become a tradition here in the Midwest, though next year I'll have to order some mediums for our friends that can't quite handle the xhot. I think due to the heat wave, the peppers were a bit smaller and less thick this year but we still got almost 22lbs roasted, peeled, and cleaned yield from 50lbs of peppers, close to our record of 26!”

“Arrived in 2 days because I paid extra for shipping but not a bad one in the crop. Have not tried them yet because I had to grill, peel, and store. I am very happy and will order again because they smelled ah-mazing.”

“Well, I give it four stars because I never received the extra hot. It rained for several weeks, and the extra hot wasn't able to be harvested. But I did get the hot, and they're pretty tasty. Not as hot as normal but good!”
